Dr. Jide Ojo is a broad-minded and versatile intellectual with strong expertise and experience in training on personal mastery and personal self-adjustment.
With over twenty years of post-doctoral engagement in training and development he has developed special skills in entrepreneurship and managing self-development. Dr. Ojo has also lectured on Entrepreneurship at Lagos State University MBA Program.
He has acquired vast experience in coaching and managing people for outstanding performance, as well as helping organizations to radically transform the productivity of their workforce and their competitive positioning. He has been involved in assisting several individuals to develop skills and competencies for 360 degree Personal Effectiveness, Self-Reliance and Employability.
For several years, he has been organizing round table discussions with teachers in higher institutions on increasing pressure to help students develop enterprise skills so that more graduates have the confidence and knowledge to set up businesses. Aside from training, Dr. Ojo is also the Executive Director, Nigeria Higher Education Entrepreneurship Learning Program (NigeriaHEELP). Dr. Jide Ojo was previously senior writer/editor at various national newspapers including being Chairman, Editorial Board, Daily Times of Nigeria Plc. He was a member of the Technical Sub-Committee of Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG) 2009.
In addition to being a Faculty member of Lagos State University MBA Programme handling courses in Entrepreneurship and Human Resources Management (Career Development). In 2008, he was appointed a Consultant/Independent Expert to the European Union on Support to Reforming Institution Programme of the Federal Government of Nigeria working on institutional capacity building. He is an Associate at Fortune Trust Consulting Limited.
